Chad Elliott, DO

My name is Chad Elliott, and I’m excited to begin my family medicine residency with the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program. I was raised in Wabash, Indiana, where I graduated from Southwood High School. I earned my undergraduate degree from Indiana University Bloomington before attending the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.

I chose family medicine because I enjoy the variety of the specialty, the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients, and the ability to care for the whole person. FWMEP stood out to me for its broad training and the opportunity to serve patients close to the community where I grew up. Outside of medicine, my wife and I enjoy hiking, gardening, and working on projects around our new home.
