Srilekha Kollipara, MD

Hello! My name is Srilekha Kollipara, and I’m so excited to be starting my family medicine residency with the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program! I was born and raised in the Midwest and have lived in both Ohio and Indiana. I come from a family of doctors, so I always knew I wanted to pursue a career in medicine. I volunteered at Ball Memorial Hospital before moving to India during high school, where I went on to complete medical school.

Fort Wayne has always felt like a second home to me. I spent many of my childhood summers here with my family and cousins, so I’m especially excited to be back and beginning this next chapter of my life and career here. I’m married and have a six-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes and brings so much joy to my life!

When I’m not at the hospital or clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and exploring new places. I’m grateful for the opportunity to call FWMEP home for the next three years and look forward to the journey ahead!
