Ashlyn Chauhan, DO

Howdy! My name is Ashlyn Chauhan, and I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I studied Psychology and Public Health at Texas A&M University before moving to North Carolina to attend Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Throughout medical school, I was drawn to the moments I got to spend with patients, getting to learn about who they were as individuals. I chose to pursue family medicine because I love building relationships with my patients and caring for people of all ages, from kiddos to older adults.

I chose FWMEP because I wanted a program that would challenge me clinically while also giving me the support and mentorship to grow into a well-rounded family physician. The training environment, strong curriculum, and welcoming faculty/staff made FWMEP feel like the perfect fit for me. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue my training here and to care for patients in northeast Indiana.

My professional interests include sleep medicine, women’s health, and reproductive care. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new foods, baking sourdough bread, crocheting, and playing pickleball. I am excited to call Fort Wayne home and begin this next chapter with the FWMEP family!
