Lydia Henschen, LMHC, Director of Behavioral Health
I’m a Fort Wayne native, happily serving a city and community I care about deeply. I graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with cognates in crisis counseling, Christian counseling, life coaching, and addiction and recovery.
I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling at Huntington University.
Providing behavioral health services through the clinic has allowed me to use my experience from private practice, non-profit, and residential services to serve not only the patients but also to support the physicians as they learn to navigate overcoming SDOH barriers to provide meaningful health care. I couldn’t be more excited to be on this fantastic team which makes coming to work a joy.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing video games, learning frivolous trivia, trying out various handicrafts, thrifting, and spending time with Ryan, my husband of 20 years, and our 3 children.
