Jenna Thiele, DO
Hello there, Fort Wayne! What an honor it is to complete my medical training here! I was born and raised in Indiana, and am excited to join the wonderful health care systems of our great state. For my undergraduate education, I attended Purdue University (Boiler up!) where I majored in Public Health and obtained minors in both psychology and sociology. While there, I had the opportunity to study some of the suspected elemental ties to Parkinson's disease and leukemia, as well as human characteristics that can lead to intimate partner violence. For medical school, I attended Marian University as a part of their inaugural class. I completed my two years of clinical rotations here in Fort Wayne.
My husband, Gavin, and I met at Purdue and are excited for the new adventures to come. We have a dog (Delilah), cat (Theodore), and rabbit (Dusty); and they are all the most spoiled animals in the world. My hobbies/passions include: playing with the pets, theater, singing, hiking, volleyball, gardening, art, OMT, preventative health, cooking, playing board games, and going to the lakes.
It is one of my goals to empower patients with knowledge that will ultimately allow them to make healthy choices and maintain a positive state of well-being. FWMEP is a strong, unopposed, dually- accredited program that will allow me to hone my surgical and procedural skill while inundating me with the education to provide quality medical treatments for my patients. The strong networks of physicians in Fort Wayne and diverse patient community have been invaluable to learn from, and I can't wait to continue my relationship with them. It truly is good to be here!
