Nathan Stuckey, PharmD, BCPS, RPh
I grew up in northeast Indiana. I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University in 2003. After graduation I joined the Cleveland Clinic Health System where I had many different roles that included interprofessional team based-care with cardiology, internal medicine, family medicine and neurology. When I returned to Fort Wayne, I spent a short time serving as an assistant professor of pharmacy practice, but transitioned back to full-time patient care in the Family Medicine Center of FWMEP. I am still significantly involved in training pharmacy learners and serve a preceptor for 5 schools of pharmacy and residency preceptor for both local health-systems. My areas of interest included chronic disease management, such as diabetes and cardiovascular risk reduction, anticoagulation and quality improvement. My wife, Sarah, and I have 2 children. We enjoy serving at our church, outdoor activities and traveling. During my free time I can be found in my garage building furniture.
